I have an issue with one workstation. When open Dinesat a popup window appears.

One of the following Licenses is required:

CodeMeterAct 5000310:40

Failure Reason: The Firm Access Counter is zero - the en-/decryption

cannot be operated, Error 38.

Please Help

Hello I email 'techsupport @ hardata.com' without the spaces on the 16/9 and I still haven't heard back from them. I have re-emailed again today.

Please send this info and permanent team viewer login credentials to techsupport @ hardata.com. Maybe they can't connect if teamviewer password had changed.

Se requiere una de las siguientes licencias:

Motivo de la falla: el contador de acceso de la empresa es cero: el cifrado / descifrado

no puede ser operado, error 38.

Por favor, ayuda, es de una radio el día y estamos sin salir al aire!
